Xogitech ("the Company") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use XogiPOS ("the Software") solely for your internal business operations, subject to the terms of this agreement.
This license is granted per store or business entity. Use across multiple businesses or resale of this software requires a separate written agreement with Xogitech.

The Software may periodically check for available updates from Xogitech servers. Update checks may transmit your current software version and device platform. Installation of updates is at your discretion unless a security patch is deemed critical.
Access to certain features is subject to an active subscription or license plan. Upon expiry, core functionality may be restricted until the license is renewed. Xogitech will make reasonable efforts to notify you before expiry. No refunds are issued for unused periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Software, including all source code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Xogitech. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Xogitech.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Xogitech does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xogitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of business data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Payment Data: XogiPOS does not store, transmit, or log payment card numbers, bank account details, PINs, or any financial credentials. All payment processing is handled locally or through your designated payment provider. We never have access to your customers' payment information.
